The building extends along the shore of the second Borki quarry lake. It accommodates four padel courts with seating for 140 spectators. The centre can accommodate 70 players at a time. The design also includes a restaurant with 74 seats and a covered restaurant terrace with seating for 26.

The centre is a single-storey building. Its main volume houses the padel courts, with the remaining facilities arranged in adjoining wings to the northwest and southeast. Spectators and players share an entrance. The foyer, administrative offices and medical facilities are located close to the entrance. The restaurant wing and its covered terrace extend northeast from the main entrance towards the quarry lake. To the southwest, technical rooms are located near the entrance, followed by the players' facilities alongside the sports hall.

The centre's architecture is defined by a dynamic composition and the expressive qualities of its structural elements.

The northwest wing accommodates technical rooms and staff facilities. The façades are clad in composite panels. The entrance area and restaurant feature panoramic glazing.
