A permanent home for a family with two children.
A simple, almost cubic volume is sculpted to give the house a distinctive architectural identity.
The house is zoned by floor. The ground floor is devoted entirely to shared spaces. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two children’s rooms and the parents’ bedroom.
The house has a compact, square footprint.
The large living-room window opens towards a terrace with a sunbathing area. The dining room has access to a separate outdoor dining terrace.
The façade materials include thermally modified timber, naturally grey timber cladding, long-format brick and composite panels.
