DESIGN STAGES
- Schematic design is developed entirely by ALIVE architecture.
- Detailed design is developed with trusted partners under the direction of ALIVE architecture. It covers architecture, structure, internal and external building services, interior and landscape concepts, architectural interiors, landscape design, lighting and cost estimates. The completed documentation is handed over to the building contractor.
- Architectural supervision during construction.
FEES
From RUB 5,000 per m² of the total floor area of the buildings.
