1. Controller and scope
This policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with alexanin.ru and enquiries made using the telephone number or email address shown on the website. The controller is individual entrepreneur Sergey Anatolyevich Alexanin, taxpayer identification number (INN) 643909956369, state registration number (OGRNIP) 321774600236551, Moscow, Russian Federation. For personal data enquiries, contact alexanin-s@yandex.ru or call +7 985 443 2845.
This policy takes account of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. It does not replace a contract, a separate consent to processing, or any other document required by law.
2. Data that may be processed
When you contact the studio, the controller receives information you choose to provide: your name, telephone number, email address, the contents of your enquiry and information about your proposed project. Do not send documents or information about other people unless you have a lawful basis to share them. Passport details, special categories of personal data and biometric data are not required for an initial enquiry.
When pages are loaded, the website infrastructure may receive an IP address, browser and device information, the time of a request, the page address and technical information needed to deliver and protect the page.
3. Purposes and lawful grounds
Enquiry data is used to answer questions, discuss architectural services, prepare a proposal and agree on further contact. Where an enquiry concerns entering into a contract at your initiative or performing a contract, processing relies on the relevant grounds provided by Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. In other cases, the controller determines another applicable lawful basis. Where consent is required, it is requested separately.
Technical information is used to operate and protect the website and assess page views, to the extent necessary for those purposes. The controller does not make decisions producing legal consequences for a visitor solely through automated processing. Contact details received through enquiries are not used for marketing mailings.
4. Forms, statistics and cookies
As of this version of the policy, the website has no enquiry forms. Contact is by telephone and email. No CRM, Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics or advertising pixels are connected to the website.
Built-in Tilda statistics operates in simplified mode, counting page views without tracking cookies or identifying individual visitors. This does not exclude the processing of technical information by the website infrastructure. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage may be used for website functions and to remember selected settings. Cookies can be managed in your browser; restricting necessary data may affect some functions.
5. Processing and access
Processing may include receiving, recording, storing, updating and using data, disclosing it where there is a lawful basis, restricting processing, deleting and destroying data, with or without automated tools. The data collected and the extent of processing must correspond to the stated purpose.
The website is hosted using Tilda Publishing. Email and telephone communications use the relevant communications providers. These services may process information to the extent needed to provide their services. Processing may be entrusted to another party, or data disclosed to other parties, only on lawful grounds and in accordance with confidentiality and security requirements. Personal data is not sold or made publicly available without an appropriate basis.
If a particular processing activity requires a cross-border transfer, the requirements of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ must be met before that transfer takes place. This policy is not consent to such a transfer.
6. Retention and ending processing
Data is kept no longer than necessary to deal with an enquiry, enter into or perform a contract, or meet legal requirements. Information subject to a mandatory statutory retention period is retained for that period.
Once the purpose has been achieved or the lawful basis no longer applies, processing ends and the data is deleted or destroyed within the periods required by law. Withdrawing consent ends processing based on that consent. Processing may continue where another independent lawful basis remains applicable.
7. Data security
The controller takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful or accidental access, alteration, disclosure, loss and destruction. Access to enquiries is restricted to people who need it to carry out the relevant tasks. If a security breach is identified, the controller acts in the manner and within the periods required by law.
8. Your rights and enquiries
You may request information about the processing of your data, seek correction, restriction or destruction of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data, withdraw consent and challenge the controller’s actions before Roskomnadzor or a court. These rights are subject to the conditions and limitations established by law.
Send requests to alexanin-s@yandex.ru with the subject “Personal data”. Explain your request and provide a contact address for the reply. To protect your data, the controller may ask for information needed to verify your identity and connection to the enquiry. Do not send a passport copy without a separate, justified request. Requests are handled within the periods required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
If processing methods change, or forms, analytics or other services are introduced, the policy must be updated before the relevant processing begins. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Simply visiting the website does not constitute consent to any and all methods of personal data processing.
